Affirmations

Affirmations are positive statements or phrases to challenge and overcome negative thoughts, self-doubt, or self-sabotaging behaviours. They can help reinforce positive beliefs about oneself and one's circumstances. By repeatedly voicing these positive statements, you can influence your subconscious mind, shift your thinking patterns, and ultimately influence your behaviour and reality.
